I have used Bruce on two separate occasions. But this last time he went so far above & beyond I had to leave him a review. The power was reported off at our Florida property and we called the company that had done the majority of the work in that electric panel. That OTHER company came out and said we needed a new panel immediately because our house was going to burn down if we continued to use it. He came out, looked around and was pleasant enough. He told me that he would send me an estimate in a day or two. After a week, I called him to ask where the estimate was and he said he would call me back in 10 minutes. I waited for hours and never heard back. I guess he doesn't want my business, which is fine, but he could have just told me that instead of making me wait for a week and then ignoring me. I won't call there again.
