Organised for electrician to visit property. I was expecting a quote on the spot and to then do the work if quote acceptable. Work was relatively minor, possibly 2-3 hours worth. Electrician reviewed work and tried to upsell an unnecessary upgrade to a circuit board for a ridiculous price. He Went to truck to do quote and returned saying quoting system was down and would have to send in the afternoon via email - thus work could not be done immediately and I was charged $99 call-out fee.
