Very nasty, mean woman at reception desk, I visited this morning. Will never return again.
We came in for care with my extremely sick 11year old daughter. However we never made it past the reception area. The lady at the desk was one of the rudest unprofessional people I have encountered in the medical field. Unfortunately people like her should not be working in a client facing environment with way she handles things, especially with her being the first point of contact between patient and practice. The nurses and doctors here are great I bring my son here all the time. But the receptionist. Very rude, doesn’t let you finish your sentence before she’s already talking over you. She was very rude to the older man in front of me telling him to get out the way and put stuff back where he found them in a very nasty way. The medical assistant and the Nurse Practitioner I saw today were very professional and caring. However, you need to get past the abrasive receptionist. I made an online appointment only to find out according to the receptionist they don’t go by appointments since Tidal Health took over. She said you see all these people in the waiting room, you come after them IF you want to wait. I thanked her and said I would wait. Not a good face for the business!
Horrible experience. Sat for 2 hrs to be seen for 2 mins.
