This is my third time being here. Now there’s a whole back and forth between this clinic and the company that sent me here. But the lady in the front, Ms. Sylvia, is just so awful. The doctor was great, the nurse staff was wonderful however the receptionist needs to learn some manners. She made my daughter feel like her son wouldn't get the proper care needed all from our interaction with her from the beginning. Then the receptionist got snooty with me while we was waiting then spoke down to me there was no call for her to be so rude.
Kind and professional. Does not take Anthem insurance.
