My family and I have visited this clinic many times and the care from the nurses and doctors is excellent. However, the receptionist, who does not have a name tag, is abusive and rude. Before treating my daughter, she looked at her in a very bad mood and said, were you born here or not? I gave her my daughter's social security number and she threw it back at me. This is my third time being here. Now there’s a whole back and forth between this clinic and the company that sent me here. But the lady in the front, Ms. Sylvia, is just so awful. Little snippet of my last visit Sylvia: Vanessa! I am on hold with the company. They’re not answering. Me: oh they gave me this number to call. Can I give you it? The doctor was great, the nurse staff was wonderful however the receptionist needs to learn some manners. She made my daughter feel like her son wouldn't get the proper care needed all from our interaction with her from the beginning. Then the receptionist got snooty with me while we was waiting then spoke down to me there was no call for her to be so rude.
