A long overdue 5 star review and shout out to Your Deck Company! I have known and once worked with Todd many moons ago when I was the Production Manager of a small construction company where we both worked. He was a hard working laborer who unloaded and loaded trucks, prepared orders for shipping and built wooden accessories during down time. Built our beautiful deck a fews years back and could not have asked for better service and product.
I'll leave the below for context, but Todd's response, which I somehow missed when he first added it explains a lot. Todd did what I thought was a great job installing our deck and for years we were very happy. Eventually, the planks on the steps started coming loose. The wood in the support structure below had begun to rot, so I couldn't just tighten the screws. I contacted Todd through email regarding the issue and he eventually got back to me with a quote.
