Very professional, very clean and tidy and the workmanship was also very very good. My husband is a builder so his standards are very very high, YDS exceeded his expectations which is very surprising as he’s a tough old fella to please lol. Kat was wonderful in the office and Dave was very very good with his knowledge and thermal imaging software to identify exactly where th damp was without any question about it. Great company. Turned up at the exact time and date the job was planned in for, completed it within the time frame agreed, they were super clean and tidy. They were super fussy with the attention to detail so the finish was impeccable. Dave was amazing and Kat in the office was very attentive and got back to me with any questions I had within mins. Very happy with this company, I had a couple of local conpanies quote, they were not specialists and didn’t have any accreditations to say they were. Your Damp Specialists had every accreditation relevant to the damp industry. They also had a price guarantee so they beat another companies quote that was like for like. Overall I have zero complaints and can honestly say that they are worth every penny.
