I called last Monday morning and got no answer. However, I received a call back. David told me he was training office staff and would call back to make an appointment within 30 minutes. That call didn't happen. 4 hours later I called again and David said he thought he would be able to survey the site on Thursday but would confirm a time later. Unfortunately I had a poor experience with this company. Positives are they responded very well to come and measure damp, ect in my home. Quote came through very quickly too. Downside is they only quoted for part of work required, left out whole of kitchen, and hallway. After querying why only part of work was quoted for, the reply I recieved said they sent half of quote, would we like other half of quote for kitchen ect separate, or the quote for all the work together.
