Worst experience ever... Took a total of 8 calls just to get someone on the line. Once i did they were very rude like they did not want the business very uninviting. Horrible customer service, was my first time using this service and I never want to go back

very poor customer service, They keep you on hold for long periods of times, when they call you cause your bill a couple days past due they are snotty and call your job phone first instead of your cell phone then when you mention it, they tell you don't tell them how to do their job that they are trying to collect and when you say something cause they are representing a business they cant talk to you crazy so you speak back and they get on defense hang up and keep you on hold and not answer after you ask for corporate office... read more
very poor customer service, they will hound you over a late payment and get rude with you all over $95 dollars. the manager there is childish and does not know how to conduct business. she is snotty even when you go to open a loan. this business should really find mature people. with customer service skills, remember the reason you are in that line of work is the customers keep you in business, I will write a review every day until corporate calls me.
