I then told the guy that I’d need to get back to them because I’d like to find other quotes. He immediately said he would throw in a 10% discount if I took it within the end of December. The work was completed impeccably! The bid had all the components broken out so you could choose what to get done to meet your budget requirements. We had everything done and the house now smells fresh and is staying warm. The team was professional and kept everything clean. They even covered the exterior concrete path as they were removing the debris from under our 40+ year old home.
