When I was searching for help with resources for my adult son who has had significant brain trauma throughout his life due to brain tumours, seizures, strokes etc. I was referred to Jeff. He was very helpful and understanding of the situation. His experience as a therapist in Calgary and his local connections were amazing and helpful to our family. Thanks Jeff!

Rating 5 stars because I don't want to affect their reviews, but wanted to share the info. It seems like a good program, but their sliding scale it still far too much for low income struggling individuals. I was recommended to call after chatting with 811 and advised they do a 25$ + scale because of interns. These are unfortunately over though so I couldnt book. Sliding scale (lowest teir) starts at $110, if you qualify... Not as advertised for affordable. But the therapists seem great if you can afford the 160$+/session rat... read more

I had an amazing experience with Lucas. What I appreciated most was how focused and effective the sessions were. It never felt like endless therapy with no direction. He goes straight to what needs attention and helps untangle things with clarity and precision. We were able to work through different elements that I needed to address, one at a time. I’m very impressed with my experience at Your Counselling. The therapist I worked with was highly professional and genuinely supportive and facilitated a calm environment. As an office professional, the location is convenient, and the evening and weekend appointments are very much appreciated. It is clear the team worked tirelessly to create a space that is welcoming from the moment you walk in the door.

I had a really great counseling session. The counselor made me feel heard, comfortable, and understood without judgment. The conversation was clear, helpful, and gave me new perspective and tools to work with. I appreciate the support and guidance, and I left the session feeling lighter and more motivated. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for someone to talk to and grow with.
