This place is great to deal with. They are honest and fair.
I took my computer in for repairs, it just wasnt booting. They told me it would be about a week before it was done. I got a call the next morning and was told that I had a bad power supply. It was going to cost $110 to fix. I told them that was ok and asked how long it would be till i could get it back. She said it would be ready immediately. Believe it or not, IT WAS! I drove there and picked it up about half an hour after i talked to them. Last time i took my computer to best buy, they had it for 2 weeks before they looked... read more
These guys are great. They are the only computer company that has not messed something up when it comes to networking copiers and computers. My service guy from my copier company said whoever you have doing your computers now........"Don't Change"
It's great to find a computer shop that can fix your problems without robbing you in the process. The flat rate repair was great. I knew that the price wasnt going to be jacked up once they worked on my computer. I was a touch weary when they called and recommended I add more RAM to my computer. But they were right. It runs better than it ever did now. THANKS! Dont even bother with the other fools in town that claim they know how to fix a computer. Go with the pros.
