This place is great. And so are the people. It's been a fantastic all round experience for me.
I've only been doing this for 4 weeks and already I have lost a total of 11 cm, which I find amazing because it's so easy on the L250. When Greg keeps you entertained, it doesn't feel like exercise and it's over before you know it. This seems an easy way to firm my thighs and butt whilst flattening my tummy. The low impact of this exercise means I never have knee or back pain. Thank you, I love it!
I have found Hypoxi to the best and most effective treatment for cellulite and toning. I lost centremetres in my initial sessions and have kept them at bay with a maintenance program. Hypoxi Elsternwick is a terrific studio with friendly and fun staff providing motivation, health tips and guidance. The 6 minute challenge is an awesome and exciting(!) Way to get super fit and help lose visceral fat. Highly recommend.
