I tried to make an appointment for physiotherapy. Nobody answered, even after calling several times during business hours and waiting for up to 1 hour on the phone! Please, receptionists, wake up. I have never seen such a bad service anywhere. You won't be surprised I ended up going somewhere else.
Great dentists, reception staff are kind and friendly. Make you feel calm especially with anxiety. I recommend this place
if reception staff are volunteers then they need to be replaced, if they are paid then they need to be sacked
