Really frustrating experience as unable to get through to anyone - phoned, was on hold for 20 mins, finally chose the option to have a call back - next in line - and its now its over 90 mins later and still no call back

I would NOT use the speech pathologist here. I spent 2 hours with my 4 year old daughter and they did not give me a proper diagnosis. After seeing a private speech pathologist I was told there was a lot of gaps in original notes and they would need to be completed properly. I was also told before her appointment that I should keep her down in kinder and she would not qualify for NDIS before she had a chance to recognise if she had a speech delay

First time to this clinic - I had serious tooth pain and needed help fast - the guy who took my phone booking was so helpful and friendly. When I arrived, reception staff were attentive and efficient and then the dentist himself was sooo great! He listened carefully and paid attention to my concerns AND fixed my problem! TBH I was a little sceptical at the beginning - but I definitely would recommend here for their private dental work.
