Very Happy with thevservices , we have been Dr. Ram's patients for 38 years . Very caring and very professional. My husband Gordon and I have followed him from Broadmeadows to Darebin Health. Zak and Jathin have helped us and they are a very good example of customer service. Very kind and obliging.
Worst experience. The receptionist prefers to lie and gaslight you about the waiting time for your SCHEDULED appointment. When they book you the next consult, just pray it doesn't get cancelled. Poor communication, wasting people's time. They NEVER APPOLOGIZE
