Promised a set contract price, then reneged and wanted to up the price of the contract as it cost them more, then begged me to pay more as the lawyer charged more. Keep getting name and spelling incorrectly on documents. A company that makes some promises and seems professional, then does the opposite.
I bought the property through Your Commercial 4 years ago and they have been handling the management for me. I have worked closely with Fiona and Chris and find them very efficient, capable and very importantly, approachable. If any problems arise they are solved smoothly to the satisfaction of both myself and the tenant. I have and will continue to recommend Your Commercial.
