Dean was an absolute pleasure and the picture of professionalism from the time he entered my house for a bid, to the very end when he finished the job. He was communicative, thought through problems and solutions, modified bids based on my needs, and then was timely and thorough with the job. The price was right for a job well done. On Aug. 28, 2025, Dean Thomson of Your Comfort Home Services finished installing two new furnaces and two air conditioners in our home. He was very knowledgeable, finished the job on time and his experience showed. He did an excellent job, made sure we knew how to replace filters and maintain the condensers, and never left a mess. We found Dean to be very skilled, conscientious, respectful, pleasant and friendly, has great integrity, and provided an excellent product and warranty. Dean went above and beyond to make sure my HVAC replacement was completed. He troubleshooted issues with equipment and found the solution for my HOAs strict requirements. He was respectful of my home and time. Made sure everything was in working order before the job was completed. Would highly recommend.
