I’m a new patient and might normally wait until I have had more interactions before writing a review. But I have been through several terrible PCPs in 2024 and 3 surgeries, hospitalized with sepsis. I’ve had the best experience with Millie and I hate to see her leave. I had my last visit with her on yesterday and I must say I was very disappointed. The appointment was very quick and rushed and as soon as I was about to ask a question, she left out and told me she would return, but never did. I had questions and concerns and none were addressed, no final evaluation or anything. Love this clinic! Dr.Romanelli views you as a person, spends time with you before diagnosing, all my visits she’s spent 40min+ with me. As a patient, not being viewed as another chart is important. For the comments below stating “they don’t take your time seriously”, you would all be complaining if the providers didn’t spend enough time with you. Trust, this is quality care, and for those of you who aren’t entitled, being seen my Dr.Romanelli is worth the wait!
