Decent in the end, almost had a problem with them, but they did the right thing
Buyer beware (honest feedback) I took my car in for a simple puncture repair and was told by the receptionist shortly after that the tyre couldn’t be repaired because all four tyres were “illegal.” When I asked to be shown, the story changed — I was then told the tyres just had low tread and they went ahead with the repair. It came across as an attempt to upsell new tyres, which was disappointing. I chose this place based on the good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t match them. The team was very nice, efficient, and professional. They quickly helped me with my tyre and honestly saved my day, and the rest of my trip. Couldn’t be more grateful for their excellent service and hospitality. Highly recommend!
