Been with Dr. Gay for a while now transitiong to the new location and new staff was easy breezy. He and his staff have always been extremely kind.
Dr.Gay is an amazing doctor. He really cares for his patients. He’s so kind and I do not have a single bad word to say about him! But this review is not about him. It’s about the girl that works at the front desk. I have been going to this doctor for years and I mean years. His staff was always so caring and nice up until now. Dr. Gay and his staff go above and beyond to take care of you. His staff has reached out and helped accommodate when my husband passed and just recently when my daughter was in the ICU. This means a lot!
I love going to see Dr gay I cannot stand that girl that works at the front desk she is rude to me every time I go she's not a nurse but she don't even let you talk to a nurse I want to talk to somebody that knows about nursing not just have to sit there and answer your phone and tell you you can't even hold us staple so you don't lose the card and miss your appointment again common courtesy is something she's not giving anyone
I’m a patient of the practice who’s nonlocal, but Dr. Gay and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I received my prescription. He’s a big health equity champion who exhibits the absolute best care to his patients regardless of color, socioeconomic status, or beliefs. He truly cares for the people. Thanks!
