Have been a patient at Yourcare medical for over 20 years. Naveen and Scott are the most caring professional doctors I have encountered. Had a serious medical condition a few years ago and Scott went out of his way to call my wife at Midnight advising that I must go to emergency room immedialtly due to some test results he had been advised of from the Pathology clinic after hours of hours. Great place, very competent doctors and friendly receptionists.
Receptionists Voula is very rude on the phone!!. I had booked an appointment on a day that I wasn’t working with Dr Baker for my daughter as a Telehealth . first available was 3:30. I reconfirmed with the receptionist that originally took my call. Then on the day that the appointment was to take place I get a Message that the appointment is the next day.
