I am very happy with the bathroom renovation completed by these guys. I find the decision making process a bit stressful like what features I needed but they patiently guided me through it and always responded very rapidly to any concerns I had. The tiling team did an excellent job and the overall finish for the bathroom is superb.
We are 20+ weeks over schedule on a renovation, no communication, no end date. They; - Incorrectly measured the room heights - Installed the wrong sink - Installed the wrong vanity - Bought cheap knockoffs of the fittings we purchased. Jerry (the boss) weasels out of conversations that are too hard for him. Darcy (the Project Manager) NEVER shows up, cant provide dates for completion. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER
WARNING: DO NOT ENGAGE. This builder is currently in MONTH 7 of what was sold as an 8 week job. Awful build-quality. The quality of the renovation is terrible. Cabinets are measured incorrectly, cheap fittings were used without permission, NOTHING lines up straight and communicating with the Project Manager is a nightmare. Darcy and the team at YBMT turned our bathroom and laundry from an original 80s design to give it a new modern look. The team brought through were well experienced which was evident from quality of the work completed, managed and communicated overall. James, the supervisor was very helpful, flexible and supportive with our needs and requirement making things work better than we expected. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
