I recently decided to replace my bath with walk in shower etc. I live in a Queenslander. I immediately felt at ease from very prompt reply by Gerry, the owner, and then Matt and Darcy came out for quote etc. I made the best decision ever to have YBMT do the renovations. I am extremely happy with my brand new bathroom. I didn't have to worry about a thing. All the tradies were very professional, experienced and above polite and respectful. I couldn't be more impressed with YBMT's responsiveness, professionalism, and customer care. They came out to diagnose the problem we had with rain ingress into our building within a day of me contacting them, and correctly identified and carried out the necessary repair very promptly. I have enjoyed dealing with each of YBMT's team members and will entrust them with our future building maintenance needs.
You cannot fix my door but very good at sending the bill. Bravo ** Reply to your respond about the bill. If you can't fix it I will pay $200 max for petrol & staff hour but $500 is too much mate. Anyway bad luck to me By the way don't say "replace the hinge" like you know what to do. Darcy kept us informed at every stage, at this time, delays happen as with all building at the moment, but we knew what to expect and when. We're thrilled with our bathroom.
