Chris and his team have gone above and beyond for us could not be happier with them.
I, and ten other householders, arranged for Your Building Inspector to inspect our properties for a pre-warranty inspection. Chris and his team arrived on time and treated each homeowner with respect and courtesy. They took photos of defects and clearly explained any concerns to each homeowner. At the end of the inspections they provided comprehensive reports which we were able to pass on to the builder.
