This is my third baby and my first time using any kind of service that helps get my breast pump. I 100% highly recommend Your Breast Pump. The application online was easy and quick to fill out. I was contacted the next business day by Christy. She dealt with my insurance and requested the prescription from my provider all without me having to lift a finger. The ease of ordering was such a weight off my shoulders. I was walked through all of my options and was given detailed information about which pump does what and which one would be best for my lifestyle! I received replacement parts and milk bags also covered by my insurance. Not having to think about buying replacement parts and milk bags was a huge relief. I recommend everyone to Your Breast Pump!
I have had the best experience with this company. I am on my second child and have had the best help picking out the pump that suits my needs. I even noticed to have misplaced my charger prong attachment for my most recent pump and the worker directed me to the correct company and I got a full new charger through warranty. They make the process of ordering a breast pump so easy! They did all the work with my insurance and just let me know which pumps I could get. Super knowledgeable on the different pumps and easy to communicate with. I had my pump within days of initially reaching out to them. Highly recommended!
