Never again!! Took my Sierra in for an alignment, Lasted only a week. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING THERE
This is my second vehicle I bring to Joe. He's a great mechanic and honest My '08 Volvo CX90 in great shape.
I had been going here for years until recently, see I purchased the lifetime alignment back when he offered it, I replaced my suspension parts and he. Charged an additional 75 for the new parts installed and causing the misalignment, fine. I called to get it re-done and he says we currently have no record of the lifetime you purchased please provide the receipt, it's been 14 years since I bought it by the car has been there 3-4 times since I owned it, he does good work just honor what your selling. Sorry going else where.
Called left a message to schedule an appointment for an alignment, never heard back from this business.
