⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've never met a more caring psychiatrist. Dr Burgess is incredibly kind, thorough, and compassionate. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients' wellbeing. I always leave my appointments feeling heard, supported, and confident in my treatment. I'm incredibly grateful to be under his care and couldn't recommend him more highly.
I have been seeing Dr Roberts for over 5 years now, I cannot recommend him enough, he has helped me through many difficult times alwayswith kindness and no judgement. All the staff are amazing and caring, always willing to help.

From the outset in late 2002, I have been highly impressed and grateful for the level of candid advice, tuition and encouragement provided by Dr Roberts and his team. I would particularly like to acknowledge the instruction and counsel provided by Harriet in delivering the six worked exercises and the "take home" documentation which remains a valuable revision resource.
I have found the staff at YBIM to be friendly, helpful, compassionate and efficient in my interactions with them. Dr.Roberts has been very patient, non judgemental and helped me enormously on my journey back to a life where I can manage my anxiety and depression.
My husband has been a patient at the Brain in Mind Clinic for more than two years. He sees Dr Roberts on a regular basis and also consults with a neuropsychologist. We have both found the clinic provides friendly and impeccable service. When initially confronted with a possible dementia diagnosis with a different geriatrician, we were left in despair, so we sought assistance at this clinic.
