Working with Carla was lovely! My husband and I booked her all four of her birth and breast feeding classes and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Carla made us feel welcome and comfortable and was a wealth of knowledge on all subjects covered. I left her classes feeling educated and empowered to make informed decisions regarding my birth plan. I would highly recommend taking her classes if you are considering it.
Choosing Carla as our Doula was one of the best decisions we made about our Birthing process. Carla was a calming presence throughout a difficult birth. When our baby was rushed to the NICU and I had to leave my wife to be with the baby knowing that Carla was with her was what kept me calm. Carla was very kind, informative and hands on during the newborn care class. She answered all of my questions thoroughly.
This was my first pregnancy, labor and delivery and working with Carla was the best decision! She came to our home at around 32 weeks pregnant and spent around 2 hours one on one with us to prepare, educate us and review our birth plan. She was available via text or call throughout the entire process. I was induced at the hospital at 41 weeks and those contractions were the worse! I was calling her in the middle of the night from the hospital and she encouraged me and came right when I needed her! Thankfully, my body kicked ... read more
