I had a really good experience at this spa in Ogunquit. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and it felt like a place where you could actually unwind. The massage itself was great. My therapist, Nem, had a really strong understanding of the body and muscles, which definitely showed throughout the session. I absolutely love Your Body Works! The owner is so kind, organized, communicative and the most incredibly talented and knowledgeable massage therapist. I make it a must to go here for a relaxing, amazing massage every month or so. Great products, super comfy linens, lovely warm massage beds- you will have a wonderful experience at Your Body Works
I have been visiting for facials over the past few years, and it has consistently been an amazing experience. Given my hectic work-life schedule, these treatments provide a much-needed opportunity to disconnect and relax.
