I took the Sunday 10:30 AM class with Alison at Your Body Shoppe in Thornton, and it was phenomenal! The studio is in a great spot right by the train station, and parking on Sunday morning was super easy. The yoga class itself was deeply relaxing, well-paced, and the perfect way to spend the morning. Alison is a fantastic instructor who creates a very welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a great yoga studio in Thornton, I highly recommend checking out Your Body Shoppe!

I came in with significant shoulder pain and it was greatly reduced after just one session, with subsequent sessions providing further healing. Alison is a gifted massage therapist who will do much more than help you relax. She will help you heal and feel better in your body. Her rates are well worth the quality of service she provides!
Ali is a skillful massage therapist. Ive been seeing her for a couple of years at this point and I always leave feeling better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful professional massage.
