Rented a pontoon for the day on August 13th, the employees were friendly and that’s about the only good thing I have to say. It’s clear that this place is becoming a cash grab and has no interest in maintaining its equipment. Our pontoon had the following issues: depth finder not working (transducer literally gone when I went swimming and looked), back speaker completely disconnected so anyone in the back couldn’t listen, the MOTOR was unable to go faster than 7 mph, and the PROP was almost completely gone. Nice place to rent boats and pontoons. The marina is tight but the staff was super helpful with navigating us.
Awesome first experience using Your Boat Club. Scheduling a day/time was very easy on their website. Plenty of parking available at this location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They made sure the pontoon had everything it needed. Communication was great and their calm composure was much appreciated for parking the boat in tight slips.
