The people on the docks are courtesies and helper
For the most part we use the Brown’s Bay location when we boat on Minnetonka Lake. The regular staff members are fantastic, led by Trevor, and the members that rotate through are good as well. We’ve worked with a couple of young ladies late in the season that have been top notch. I would say parking is a challenge at this location. They need to make the two car spots longer so they need to move east into the lawn. On busy weekends the staff really needs to dedicate someone to move cars into spots.
Friendly staff helped us load and unload all our coolers, etc. The boat was clean and well maintained, engine ran well. We had a blast, thanks!
Been a YBC member for many years. The staff at most every YBC location we've been to over the years have been kind, courteous and professional. Love the Lk Mtka locations.
