Great time with Your Boat Club! Easy rental process and got me out on the water quickly.
You have to complete a reservation via their 3rd party site (online or via phone) but it's a snap. The phone order rep made it easy. On the day of our reservation, the on site staff was friendly and helpful. The pontoon was brand new and very clean w/ modern accessories that were simple to use. Great experience.
Very clean new and comfortable pontoon. Easy to drive. Very friendly staff both in making the reservation Anne And actually getting out on the water. I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. This is a great group of people and they provide a wonderful experience on the water here. Thank you all.
We had a fantastic experience. Picking up the boat was really easy and the crew helping us out was awesome. The boat and raft we rented were perfect. We had a great day!
Short dock makes holding a boat difficult while trying to get a trailer in the landing. As we were putting our boat back on the trailer I slipped on the wood in the landing. Although I was visibly in pain they were more concerned about us getting out of their way so an employee could launch a boat. They are definitely not MY boat club nor should they be yours.
