Trying to find a phone number I know I’ve called this place in the past and there is no phone number listed on this website. I’m getting sick and tired of Blue Cross very hard to talk to a person either that or if you finally do get a person and not a robot they transfer you all this another department another department another department
I have been trying to reach someone there for well over a week. I have left 3 voicemails and sent 2 emails. No response to any of them. Their hours are not compatible with someone working business hours to get there.
I have seen Abdul a few times and he is very knowledgeable, courteous and considerate. He is definitely an asset to BCBS.
