I love this place. My daughter's and I can always find great items here. The staff is over the top accommodating, cheerful and fun! Whether or not you buy something...it is hard to be in a bad mood going in and leave unhappy. So.Much.Fun. Consigning items is also great. I like that items go to Sparrows Nest if purchased or do not meet quality control. Good program here.
I LOVE this place! I travel over 4 hours to go there whenever I can. The least friendly person at this place is better than the best employee elsewhere. I never write reviews but notice that some people are using sites to get back at businesses unfairly. Their selection is wonderful for ALL sizes not for those size 2 or 4 girls. They carry a wide variety of prices as well. Looking for a lower priced simple tee or shirt - they got it and that high end handbag or 3 figure sweater at a much better price. This is by far the best consignment shop I have ever been in, and I go to a lot of consignment/thrift shops! The prices are great and the staff is super friendly! They were genuinely willing to help me put together an outfit! They must have a lot of repeat customers because they knew many people by their first names! That says a lot about a business. Cannot wait to go back! I think this is my new favorite store!
I just brought in some items for Consignment from start to finish everyone was absolutely friendly & helpful ..Returned for my 2nd time and I took my time ,everything was clean ,organized very very happy wi devil be a regular ....
Very disappointed with the entire process - weeks to get an appointment to drop off consignment items and then an "I could care less" attitude given by the attendant on the phone. You would think that you were trying to get into a Doctors office. Complete waste of time and they take 60% of the profits form your goods. Never settle for more than half.
Not only is Your Best Friend's Closet a great place to find terrific bargains on oh-so-gently used clothes for women and teens, but Oh! What fun it is to shop there! Check out their web site photos and the "Dancing Your Way to Savings" section...then go check it out in person...and you'll see what I mean. The energy is contagious. This place is terrible. It is hard to find, the workers are rude, the store is dirty, the selction is poor, the quality of what little they do have is ridicously below acceptable standards. I have been to better garage sales. This place makes the Salvation Army look like Macy's. Unless you want to punish someone, don't shop here. Try TJ MAXX, Marshal's or your local community for garage sales if you need cheap clothing. If you want rude employees, poor quality, and a sense of filth this is it.
