Wow. I walked into this place and unfortunately did not feel welcomed at all. The person there didn’t greet me or even ask if I needed any help. She simply turned on her hair dryer and continued doing her hair as if I wasn’t there. Very disappointing customer service and definitely not a good first impression

I’ve been going to Ruzan for over 15 years, and of course she is incredibly talentet, that’s why I’ve trusted her for everything from my eyebrows to haircuts, color, and blowouts all these years.
