The mechanic is a crook and doesn't have extensive knowledge of vehicle repair. He spews all this self inflating ego driven garbage. Calls himself a Master technician but doesn't correctly perform a diagnostic. I had to my car to the dealership to get it fixed properly.
I try to avoid leaving bad reviews for local businesses, but this auto repair service business is BAD NEWS. The charges were DOUBLE those of even the Toyota dealership for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and THREE TIMES what another local repair place charges. EVEN WORSE, the car is now leaking oil. (For over 4 years the car has been parked in a garage without ever leaving a spot of anything on the floor - now there are drops of fresh engine oil underneath!)
