I'm giving a 1 star not because my car was repossessed but the activity that followed after my car was repossessed. I fell behind on payments due to an injury but prior to my injury I made double payments it is what it is. My question is why did the tow truck that came and got my car at 10 that morning come back to my house at 11 that night parked and began taking pictures. Then about 1 or 2 that morning they drove the car by my house. All on camera may I add, I find that quite odd.
Breathe of fresh air, my last car was a horrible scammy experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone! When that car blew up I came straight to this place because of an experience I had with them a year earlier before I ended up going with the scam place in Roswell GA. This experience was totally different they were real, upfront, honest, and felt very trustworthy! I was a first time car buyer and I paid in full in February of 2024. I was sold what I thought was decent car but they did not tell me that stop leak was put into my car and as a young buyer (19) I didn’t know anything. Next thing I know my car was shutting down 2 months after buying it. My car was overheating and smoking. My engine was overheating immensely and barely any cooling was going through.
