Youper is effective as an AI chat bot. However, Youper removed most of their old features, that give the user control over choosing which mental help skills to utilize, like meditation, thinking traps, etc. For users like me who depended upon these features, this new app is not very good. The AI chat works, however, I would like to see the old features back.
