I have had tried to call Lindsay Dental over 2 dozen times these past couple months for different instances for worker comp related questions. Not once has she answered nor called me back. Also they don’t have an in person office anymore so it makes every harder because you are limited to call or email

I’ve had my business for 34 years and commercial insurance and workman’s compensation with Yountz Insurance. We hadn’t received our yearly bill at the first of April like normal so my wife called the office 4 different times and told they would call back but never did. We found out at the end of April they canceled our policy April 4 with no notice. So I ran my business with no insurance and could have lost everything I worked for so many years. Since Covid they have no office hours....only accessible by phone...imho kinda crazy for an insurance agency..

They have had our business for years. Have shopped them but they still sre best for the $$
