I’ve had my business for 34 years and commercial insurance and workman’s compensation with Yountz Insurance. We hadn’t received our yearly bill at the first of April like normal so my wife called the office 4 different times and told they would call back but never did. Since Covid they have no office hours....only accessible by phone...imho kinda crazy for an insurance agency..
They have had our business for years. Have shopped them but they still sre best for the $$
