I had two appointments cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment. I had lots of miscommunication that my appointment was in person and then another email saying it was virtual. It seemed to always be something wrong with my insurance, however once i inquired with another doctor, they were able to help me right away. Staff was nice but this place seemed really unorganized.
I will forever recommend this place. Very professional very reassuring and very kind . The reviews gave me major anxiety for absolutely no reason. My brain is fried from the IQ test but it was still fun I do love some challenges 🥰 it was very easy to talk and express myself. I felt like I got to be a kid again and I think i learned how to play again. I am beyond grateful I gave this place a try and deserve way more than 3 stars in reality its 5stars 🤩 and i don’t care what my results are just the interactions itself was ... read more
I waited online for 40 minutes for the intake meeting. I couldn’t wait any longer and called, only to be told that the doctor had an emergency and couldn’t join, so the appointment needed to be canceled. May I ask—was this emergency not known at our scheduled time of 9:30, whats the reason to keep me waiting for so long ? If we cancel last-minute, we are charged $90 + $200, yet you are allowed to cancel only after making us wait for 40 minutes without any notice. This place is ridiculous. Took my two children here to get checked out for some things. We told him we were going to the store for a few to get some drinks and a little couple snacks. In the meantime, manager was really rude and told us to take our food back to the car within not even a minute of town unless she told us 20 times and didn't give us a chance to take it out.
