My daughter waited 2 weeks just for a phone consultation so the clearly skeptical person on the other end could give her a list of alternate resources. What the heck? I thought THEY were the resource. When (after learning of Younkin's lack of concern) her pediatrician's office called telling them she was high-priority, they assured the NP my daughter would be seen within 24 hours if she called again.
