Horrible horrible company! I could literally write an entire book on all of the wrongdoings! We purchased a home and decided to continue service with this company as they are who the previous owners used- the service technician didn’t clean out the second pool filter (that we had no idea existed) for 3 months, our snake stopped working and we had to YouTube the issue to figure it out on our own- leaves were piling up for 3 months and the technician had no clue the filter needed to be emptied.
