The amenities at the Younion are always improving and changing. The Younion staff is always so kind and helpful when it comes to any questions you may have!
Hayden gave our family a wonderful tour yesterday. He was incredibly kind ,very knowledgeable and didn’t rush us at all! We were all very impressed with the grounds, common areas and the apartment my daughter will be living in next Fall.
Washer/dryer unit broke and they replaced it immediately with a whole new washer & dryer units, no questions asked. Very helpful and quick to respond!
MOLD EVERYWHERE AND HIGH HUMIDITY AND MANAGEMENT KNOWS. Do not live here unless you want to have mold poisoning and a management team who doesn't care. I told management, specifically Lora, and their test came back normal somehow, funny right? So I got my own inspector and i was right it was BAD. The spore count was 4x higher than it should have been. They lied to us and refused to reimburse us for the 2nd inspection. YOUnion is the best apartment around. Zac is so kind, the other managers were awesome, and the maintenance team is seriously so fast and so helpful. This place does cool stuff like offering scholarships and fun events, which made living here even better. The property is also super clean compared to other apartments I’ve visited. If you’re deciding between this place and another property… choose here!
