I had a great experience at Youngstown Orthopaedic Urgent Care yesterday. I came in with a foot injury and was very well taken care of. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. I was able to get an x-ray right on site before seeing the PA. She examined me, explained what was going on with my injury, and fitted me with a boot. They also scheduled a follow up for me at YOA in two weeks. Overall, it was a seamless experience and I’m very happy with the treatment I received. Thank you!
Everyone was so attentive and took care of me at my visit! From the front desk to the rest of the staff, I felt welcomed from the very beginning. Highly recommend!
