I went here after a slip and fall got an X-ray cast and was sent home staff was wonderful and helpful.
Worst front desk customer service I have ever experienced in a medical office.
Came for urgent care! African American lady a desk was absolutely rude! Assumed I wanted pain medication, and said “first I’d like to make a statement and say we don’t do pain meds here.” Absolutely uncalled for! Then your website says walk ins and X-rays and MRIs! FIX IT! If the MRIs aren’t a part of urgent care, fix it on the website and make it clear!
The woman at the front desk needs to get another job. She is absolutely horrible. So unfriendly and rude!
front desk lady was rude and not very attentive. felt like she didn’t want to deal with any patients and felt like we were an inconvenience to her just because we showed up. would not go back just because we felt so unwelcome by this lady
