Jenna was so helpful and kind. My daughter was examined, x-rayed and released with everything she needed in a very reasonable amount of time. We would definitely go back if needed!
Far from basic standard care. They do not return phone calls on the nurse line. They do not respond to online appointment requests. I'm talking multiple messages and requests. When we finally took our daughter into the office because we couldn't get a hold of anyone, they berated my husband because they thought we missed an appointment at the main therapy office. This place (Boardman Location) does not take to patient concerns seriously and does not care about patient treatment. I went there in physical pain and was turned away after making the half hour's drive there today. They have no bedside manner nor empathy for people needing medical care. The Nurse Practioner, working, Mary Baich, would not even see me/speak with me, she kept sending in her "medical assistant" to deliver messages instead of speaking with me directly, though I was in tears asking if an MRI can be completed--wa... read more
Got in quickly, treated and out. Jenna was great! Highly recommend
I arrived at 5:15 pm according to the website and sign they are opened until 7:00. I could not be seen because they weren’t taking anymore patients at that point . I mentioned that the sign says they were opened till 7 the receptionist said well we aren’t taking anymore patients but I could come back tomorrow at 9. I work… hence why I was there at 5:15. The response to that was oh well sorry .
