I had an appointment. Gave them my card with the date, time, and the therapists name and they said they couldn’t see me because I was not in the computer and someone already had that time slot. I had to take time off work my advice is call before you go or better yet don’t use their therapy services. So upset on how they handled it. Go somewhere else is my advice. I even had to wait a week for the appointment. Now who knows when I will get in but at least I will not go here.
