Took 10 days to get a free quote scheduled,Took 7 days to receive that quote which came in over double what 2 other companies quotes came in at. These guys are a joke. Call J&J fencing!
Called to get eight post sunk in the ground for some lattice work for my porch. The lady was condescending and rude. Said that they don't put posts in the ground. Then she hung up on me
Called to get information about fencing, cost etc. Rude customer service, as if they could not be bothered. Was interested in chain link fencing and berated about not knowing the gauge of fencing I was interested in. Don't waist your time with unprofessional Youngstown businesses, so typical in NE OHIO. Acted as if they are doing you a favor and don't need your business. The "entitlement mentality" so pervasive in Youngstown bring us your business and we will give you the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE possible........Things will ne... read more
