Long wait time for doctor. My appointment was at 11:15 didn’t get seen until 12:22.
Amanda Mccormick and John Jermone is the best doctors hands down they really care about their patients and their health
Went to get TB testing appointment was at 4:30(got there on time)Sat there politely waiting with my 3 sons (who they said was very well mannered) until 5:55pm just for them to tell me I gotta reschedule my TB shot for Tuesday of next week after sitting there after seeing the NP & nurse doing my blood pressure and everything else. Wait time TERRIBLE!!!
Was treated terribly by a dental assistant,. I was in terrible pain and even after informing her of this she kept going over the same spot over and over again. I have filed a patient concern and even wrote letters but no one here cares about men because I have never received a response from one health Ohio that my concerns are being taken seriously. I am only to assume their silence is because they don't care about concerns voiced by men.
