They sometimes have trouble understanding that I'm still the main person in charge of my health, wish they consider those practices along with some other medical needs. Just my opinion. Overall they're Ok!!!
I'm a new patient to this facility. It's my second dental appointment as an adult so I was very nervous. I had my initial appointment for xrays and to see if I need any work done. I was scheduled a week later for fillings on my front teeth from childhood dental neglect. They look amazing! This week I go back in for just a couple filings in the back. Well the staff is very friendly, I like doctors and nurses....but the wait time is awful... nonetheless I'm really here to complain about they miss a piece of my infected tooth so apparently the infection never fully went away, now I'm in pain and going to have to schedule yet another dental appointment 😖 I hate getting teeth pulled, I don't like having to stay still and hold my jaw open so wide for so long that it starts to hurt. I should have taken better care of my teeth when I was younger ...but here we are....I thought... read more
They need to learn how to get people with dental emergency in cause it sure seems like they don’t care. Had puss coming out of my gum and had to wait and wait. The shit taste nasty and they don’t seem to care that there puss coming out of someone gum
