Food was good, Especially for one of the last orders of the day as I watch them, put on their closed sign as soon as I got outside. I heard great things. Unfortunately, the meat is pretty bland and the sauces do all the heavy lifting, If there was no sauce It would’ve been no better than Any fast food barbecue joints, such as Mission barbecue. This definitely is what I like to look for as the hidden gems of the area. Yummy from head to toe. My birthday week and was looking for something different. Very tender, mouth watering with lots of flavor for all 3 orders (brisket, pulled pork and smash sausage). I like things spicy so the side of beans hit the spot for a mix n match. I visited Youngstown BBQ Company for the first time today. I ordered the 3 Meat / 3 sides platter. The meats I chose were the ribs, brisket, & Chicken. The sides I chose were the smoked mushrooms, pasta salad, and spicy cheesy grits. The brisket was probably the best I’ve eaten in Mahoning County!
