Great service provided once again by Virak Tuon and his team. This time in we had some issues that surfaced when I picked up the car. I called Virak, he said bring it back in, and they quickly fixed the issue and got me back on the road. Gave me a free car wash too! I highly recommend the SLP Youngstedts location. Give them a call and ask for Virak. He is terrific. Thank you!
We brought our vehicle in to fix the A/C and an oil change. Paid over $1000 and the A/C never was fixed. They said they needed to run further diagnostics? I ended up bringing our vehicle to a different auto repair shop. The new place not only said that the parts replaced were not the cause of the A/C problem, but also that our oil was low and needed changing. They then SHOWED me both of these issues, just to give me a piece of mind that they were telling the truth. Avoid this repair shop.
Avoid this place at all costs. I have never written a review before but am appalled by their lack of humanity and intelligence, so here I am. I came in for a simple $200 fix and they tried to quote me $5,000 - yes, you read that right. FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. They had the audacity to charge $700 for a single battery, which I later bought and had replaced at autozone store for $200. I brought my 2014 Ford Focus SE here after it stalled on a bridge. At the initial intake, I mentioned it had issues shifting into reverse before eventually dying. They gave me a quote, but I needed to save up money so I drove the car home (a few blocks) and the car sat for a bit. When I noticed it wouldn't start, I had it towed and the shop ran another diagnostic (electrical), the quote was more than before. They charged $2,000+ to fix wiring, fuses, and the battery.
