I've been going to the Mall Drive Youngstedts for YEARS - easily 10+ years. I've taken all my vehicles for everything from oil changes to new tires etc! Today they lost my business and here's why. I went in for a routine oil change. Youngstedts informed me of a gouge in my tire. I have a special-order tire size so they didn't have my tire in stock and said they wouldn't have one in until later next week. No big deal. I alternate between oil changes at Youngsted's and Honda. At Honda I get a free car wash with oil change and 28 point inspection. Last week at Youngstedt's I paid the same amount as at Honda but got no inspection or car wash! Very disappointed and will go to my Honda dealer from now on.

Customers beware. The car washes are defective and can damage your car. To top it off, management will not take responsibility

I had a quote for a complete brake job with brake lines for 3500 dollars. I had my car towed from YOUNGSTEDTS to another service station. I had the same job done for 1100 dollars that included a new battery!! That is ridiculous that it can be so far apart. Be careful.

They do not follow Covid protocol. I’ve been in twice in the past 5 months and the main front desk guy will stare at his cell phone the entire time. Has never worn a mask despite the sign on the front door saying a mask is mandatory. Very frustrating.
