I've been going to the Mall Drive Youngstedts for YEARS - easily 10+ years. I've taken all my vehicles for everything from oil changes to new tires etc! Today they lost my business and here's why. I went in for a routine oil change. Youngstedts informed me of a gouge in my tire. I have a special-order tire size so they didn't have my tire in stock and said they wouldn't have one in until later next week. No big deal.
