The Basic wash at Crew Carwash ($12) does better than their higher level washes for double the price. Not sure if they’re unaware how actually not good their washes are or if I was lazy in assuming they were top tier in car washes. 100% not worth the money if you’re looking for a solid wash. Lower your prices or amp up the quality of your products to properly eliminate simple dust and road debris. I did speak to the manager and the front desk personnel on three occasions about my disatisfaction. "Nothing they could do"
This happened two years ago, and I'm still upset. The staff cleaning my car were laughing and pointing at the dent, making comments about how there’s no point in making the car look nice with such a big dent. They didn’t say it directly to me, but I overheard them. When I got my car back, there were muddy rag streaks all over the interior. At home, I had to clean it myself, using five rags because each one got so dirty and discolored from the gunk.
