I did speak to the manager and the front desk personnel on three occasions about my disatisfaction. "Nothing they could do"
This happened two years ago, and I'm still upset. The staff cleaning my car were laughing and pointing at the dent, making comments about how there’s no point in making the car look nice with such a big dent. They didn’t say it directly to me, but I overheard them. When I got my car back, there were muddy rag streaks all over the interior. At home, I had to clean it myself, using five rags because each one got so dirty and discolored from the gunk. I have been a member for years and each time my car is washed I receive excellent service and care in details to make sure my car is clean.
Update: JUN24, they have added extra drying cloths and window cleaner... I am still love the air hoses and wish these would show up over at the Chanhassen location. Update: New vacuums have been installed... asking with my favorite new feature, air hoses at each station to blow off the water. Each bay is alloted 2 vacuum hoses and 2 air hoses.
